Professional ethics are fundamental to maintaining high-quality practice and ensuring that every child is treated with dignity, respect, fairness, and care. This 3-hour specialised workshop, delivered by educational experts, will support Kindergarten teachers in understanding and applying professional ethical principles within their daily educational practices. From a quality perspective, the workshop will explore teachers’ professional responsibilities, ethical conduct, child safeguarding, confidentiality, respectful communication, professional boundaries, fairness and inclusion, and appropriate relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider educational community. Participants will examine practical situations and ethical challenges that may arise in Kindergarten settings and explore appropriate professional responses.
