The two-day specialised workshop, delivered by quality and educational experts, provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the quality pillars of the Kindergarten Quality Review Handbook and their role in evaluating and improving institutional performance. The workshop examines the key requirements, standards, and indicators within each quality pillar and explores how they are reflected in the Kindergarten’s policies, practices, learning environment, leadership, teaching and learning, assessment, and children’s development. Participants will learn how to interpret quality expectations, identify appropriate evidence, evaluate current practices, and recognise strengths and areas for improvement. Through practical activities, case studies, evidence-based exercises, and expert guidance, participants will develop the ability to connect the Handbook’s quality pillars with daily institutional practice and continuous improvement, supporting effective preparation for the Kindergarten quality review process.
