The workshop focuses on effective self-evaluation of Special Education Institutions from a quality perspective, covering the self-evaluation process, analysis of institutional performance against quality standards, collection and analysis of evidence, identification of strengths and areas for improvement, and development of practical improvement plans. It also supports institutions in using self-evaluation findings to enhance Teaching and Learning and Leadership and Management practices and strengthen readiness for quality review visits.
