Honour Code for a Pioneering Educational Training is a fully licensed institution based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It was founded by a distinguished team of experts in educational quality assurance, measurement, and evaluation within higher education institutions. The team includes ex-reviewers from the Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA) in Bahrain, with extensive experience in evaluating schools and early childhood education institutions. It also includes specialists in school and early childhood education quality assurance from various Arab countries.

Honour Code provides high-quality consulting services in the field of quality of education at the local, regional, and international levels. These services are delivered by expert consultants in quality assurance, with a particular focus on the quality of early childhood education, general and technical/vocational school systems, all in alignment with accredited quality assurance standards. In addition, Honour Code offers professional consultancy services in business administration and healthcare management with a focus on care giving and nursing assistant services.
