The Second Annual Conference on Child Care and Development, sponsored by Honour Code for Pioneering Education Training, recently concluded under the title: “Future Foresight for Gifted Children and the Reality of Discovering, Caring for, and Developing Them in the Third Millennium.” The conference presented 34 recommendations on the importance of childhood and its role in shaping children’s future personalities and abilities.
