Home Who Are We?
Honour Code for Pioneering Educational Training is a fully licensed educational and training consultancy based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It supports Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030 and long-term national development aspirations towards 2050, which emphasise the development and empowerment of individuals as a foundation for sustainable economic growth. Honour Code’s areas of expertise are quality, institutional performance development, and accreditation readiness.
Honour Code was founded by Dr. Maha Noaman Alshorbaji, who was among the early members of the Educational Advisers Team to His Excellency the Minister of Education in 2008, coinciding with the launch of Bahrain Economic Vision 2030. Her ranking as first among 130 educational projects at the Ministry of Education led to her being nominated by the Ministry of Education as a founding member of the Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA). She contributed to serving Bahrain’s education sector from 2010 to 2024.
As part of the Authority’s team, Dr. Maha, who is an international accredited trainer, contributed, as a member of the Quality Team, to the development of four quality frameworks covering education under both normal and exceptional circumstances, including emergencies and pandemics.
Furthermore, Honour Code brings together a distinguished team of local and international experts with specialised expertise in educational quality assurance across schools, kindergartens, special education, vocational and management institutions, as well as measurement, evaluation and project management. Honour Code’s expert team includes internationally certified trainers accredited by the American Institute of Professional Studies (AIPS), Canadian Institutions for Training and Development (CITD), and the Saudi Council for Quality.
Furthermore, Honour Code provides conference and event planning and management services and has pioneered Early Childhood Education Conferences in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Its 2025 and 2026 conferences generated recommendations concerning children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), which were submitted to the Legislative Councils, achieving 93% beneficiary satisfaction in 2025 and 98% in 2026.
In addition, with its pioneering role in enhancing the quality of institutional performance in kindergartens across the Kingdom of Bahrain since January 2025, Honour Code is also proud to pioneer the advancement of quality in the performance of Special Education Institutions across the region, through consultancy and professional training workshops, achieving 97% beneficiary satisfaction rate for its training workshops.
Honour Code’s mission also includes supporting knowledge development and academic research. Therefore, it offers research paper editing, review, and academic support services, supported by a regional and international team of researchers and specialists across diverse academic fields.
